Our vision is to drive improvements in reproductive, maternal and newborn healthcare services across the Asia-Pacific region through building and sustaining research, knowledge translation and capacity strengthening.
The ARPAN CRE objectives are to:
Generate new knowledge and improve maternal and newborn health outcomes.
Ensure the effective transfer of research outcomes through scaling up global recommendations and optimising surveillance and response programs.
Develop or strengthen the health and medical research workforce through research training and education and mentoring programs.
Facilitate collaboration across the Asia-Pacific Region through the establishment of regional networks and alliances.
Contribute to the development and translation of maternal and newborn health research.
