Professor Manjunath Somannavar is a distinguished expert in biochemistry and a member of the Research and Development Cell at KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research in Belagavi, India.
He is involved in research on GBS prevalence in internalorgans and placentas, contributing to better understanding adverse pregnancy outcomes. Prof. Somannavar has collaborated on research evaluating the cost-effectiveness of low-dose aspirin for preterm birth prevention.
